Three years ago I was looking for a good German potato salad recipe. I came to Amazon looking to buy a full cookbook that had the recipe inside it and this is what came up. Just one recipe for 99 cents. This has been my go to recipe for three years now and has never turns out bad. I personally double the sauce recipe because it does not seem to be saucy enough as written. I always get rave reviews from friends. Perfect balance of sweet, sour, and saucy.
